As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential clients, conducting pre-sales activities, delivering product demonstrations online, and ultimately closing deals whenever possible. Fluency in French/German and English languages is essential for effectively communicating with our diverse clientele base. The ideal candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrating initiative and drive to excel in a fast-paced startup environment.

 

Tasks:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads and identify potential clients within the small and medium business segment across French or German, and English-speaking markets;
  • Communicate effectively with prospects via phone calls, emails, and online presentations to understand their fleet management needs and articulate the value proposition of our solution;
  • Perform product demonstrations and presentations remotely to showcase the features, functionality, and benefits of our SAAS automotive fleet management solution;
  • Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads, manage pipelines, and develop tailored solutions to meet clients' specific requirements;
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, messaging, and materials to support sales efforts;
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with potential clients to close deals and achieve sales targets;
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure a smooth transition and onboarding process for new clients, facilitating a positive customer experience;
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our solution and differentiate our value proposition.

Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred;
  • Proven track record of success in inside sales, preferably within the SAAS industry;
  • Fluency in French and/or German, and English languages (written and verbal) is required;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude, demonstrating initiative, resourcefulness, and resilience in a startup environment;
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales productivity tools;
  • Ability to adapt to evolving market conditions, customer needs, and product features;
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events, as needed.
