Head of Regional Pricing (Europe)

Accountabilities:

• Definition of regional pricing structure (e.g. price differences between markets)
• Operational pricing for the region incl. price implementation under consideration of the pricing framework given by central global pricing
• Steering the regional pricing team to fulfill the targets coming from central global pricing and global commercial excellence
• Drive & execute regional margin optimization in alignment with central global pricing guidelines & processes
• Cooperate with central global pricing and global commercial excellence team to ensure effective execution & roll out as voice of the region at global level
• Create transparency about regional performance (SPV, Sales and margin development etc.)
• Monitoring and control of price compliance to price corridors & price harmonization
• Manage the regional price approval process
• Creation documentation (instructions, guidelines, process descriptions, templates) of relevant processes (Tender, price rounds, price change process etc.)
• Manage regional roll-out of software relevant for pricing in cooperation with global pricing Tools & Technology
• Being the regional challenger for the central global pricing team

Skills:

• Min Bachelor’s degree
• Min 8 years of experience in pricing or related field

• Strong pricing, analytic & influencing skills
• Ability to implement difficult changes, remotely and at scale
• Experience in leading remote teams in a matrix organization
• Strong digital & analytics acumen
• Rigor in managing targets
• English & Polish fluent on business level
• Advanced Excel and Power Point skills
• Experience with Power PI would be an asset
