Head of Product Innovation Portfolio Strategy & Development

Tasks:

• Translate market trends & customer needs into product strategies and product portfolio roadmaps;
• Accountable for defining and deploying overall strategy related to expanding portfolio in Non-ZF OE products in alignment with regions and Business Lines;
• Accountable for sizing and prioritizing business opportunities for internal alignment and approval based on governance process;
• Ensure flawless hand-over of the solid business cases to category for execution;
• Conceptualize profitable business models and sellable products & services by considering M&A, strategic partnership to drive the sustainable growth in selected areas;
• Accountable for non ZF OE new product portfolio sales contribution to the overall Aftermarket targets (OP).

Profile:

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, engineering, or a related field;
• Minimum of 5-7 years extensive experience in the automotive aftermarket, including knowledge of repair, parts, and service sectors;
• Proven track record in identifying and securing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence;
• Demonstrated strong leadership including extensive negotiation and communication skills;
• Deep understanding of financial principles and strategic decision-making;

• Proficiency in analyzing market trends, data, and performance metrics to inform business decisions.
