Head of Packaging & Labelling

We are looking for a new colleague in the Aftermarket, preferrable at one of our locations in Poland (Warsaw).

Your Tasks:

• Lead the product packaging & label team;
• Define and implement global strategy for packaging and label and manage "packed at source" fulfilling packaging strategy;
• Define the global packaging and labeling standards for Aftermarket;
• Define continuous improvement projects in packaging and drive execution of projects;
• Monitor and control KPI for business value of packaging, deliver savings;
• Ensure that packaging and labeling complies with legal standards and sustainability targets;
• Define and implement global tools in packaging and labeling.

 
Your Profile:

• At least bachelor degree in industrial engineering, industrial trade or equivalent;
• Min. 5 years business experience in warehouse operation and supply chain management - preferably in packaging and labeling area;
• Knowledge about automotive industry, structures and processes;
• Experience in managing an international team in a matrix organization;
• Very good experience in driving cross functional projects (project management and process management skills) and experience in impact analysis and requirements management;
• Fluent English, other languages like German, Portuguese or Chinese would be an asset;
• High interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work as part of a team;
• Key competencies : customer focus , perseverance, problem solving, conflict management, international collaboration, culture and regional understanding.
