Job Description
What you can look forward to as Head of Marketing & Communications – Poland, Nordics, Baltics:
• Develop, implement, and monitor the European Marketing & Communications strategy in the sub-region, aligning with the strategic goals of the Division Aftermarket and supporting long-term business objectives,
• Initiate and lead joint social media channels & campaigns across the region, targeting all key groups (B2B & B2C) and Business Lines. Ensure alignment with regional priorities, adapting for differences in technical requirements and customer needs,
• Drive advanced digital marketing initiatives, including automated marketing campaigns, across multiple media channels for diverse target groups, product categories, and Business Lines at the sub-regional level,
• Design and execute promotional marketing programs & campaigns to support strategic business goals for selling products and develop workshop network,
• Plan, develop, and manage all fairs and events in the sub-region, ensuring effective promotion of the product portfolio and service offerings, aligned with the regional action plan, KPIs, and Corporate Identity,
• Oversee sub-regional marketing budget planning, using advanced marketing analytics and real-time results monitoring to ensure optimal allocation of resources and achievement of strategic objectives,
• Lead and develop the local Marketing team, with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty (NPS), while improving marketing efficiency and ROI,
• Plan, manage, and motivate a diverse, agile, and high-performing Marketing team, ensuring continuous development, training, and staffing to maintain excellence in execution.
Your profile as Head of Marketing & Communications – Poland, Nordics, Baltics:
• University Degree – ideally Marketing/Communications/Economics,
• Ideally 7+ years’ experience in respective field,
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience as people leader,
• Strong experience and thought leadership in Marketing & Communications & Sales for B2B (distributor & fleet level) & B2C (workshop level), as well as social media and communities for both B2B and B2C in Europe and differences per country,
• Customer-centric attitude based on outside-in perspective and strong knowledge of market and customers,
• Knowledge on Automotive Aftermarket & Marketing network in the Aftermarket,
• Marketing or Sales leadership experience in international context and matrix organizations,
• High influencing skills & ability to manage sub-regional Marketing team,
