Job Description

What you can look forward to as Head of Global Passenger Cars Marketing (m/f/d):

  • End-to-End responsibility for the overall Passenger Car Aftermarket Marketing Strategy, 
  • Develop & drive execution of Business Line Marketing Plan incl. managing the Marketing Budget – in alignment with Global BL Head & Global Marketing,
  • Own & govern the communication of the value proposition: develop and communicate relevant Pass Car Aftermarket content and assets, 
  • Consistent BL market messaging: ensure deployment of consistent market messaging, brand governance and effective BL content across all target groups & regions,
  • Marketing Campaigns & Always-on: Drive effective portfolio growth by creating BL specific marketing campaign briefs (managed by Global Marketing & executed via Regional Marketing).

 

Your profile as Head of Global Passenger Cars Marketing (m/f/d):

  • Proven track record in strategic marketing & management roles in automotive aftermarket and strong B2B experience,
  • Entrepreneurial, analytical and growth mindset with an excellent understanding of customer-centricity and customer journeys as well as strong knowledge of market, customers, and marketing campaign management,
  • Ability to manage ambiguity by bringing clarity through excellent stakeholder tailored communication, clear vision goals,
  • Ability to challenge the status quo & to question our paradigms, and to develop & roll-out a global market strategy,
  • Fluency in English is a must, proficiency in any other languages a great plus.
