• Lead global projects for packaging and labeling data migration and system integration (e.g., SAP, LDP),
• Analyze existing SAP landscapes and identify opportunities for process and system improvements,
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications,
• Configure and maintain ERP systems to support evolving business needs,
• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and scopes are met through effective project management,
• Develop and maintain system documentation and user training materials,
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and promote best practices across teams,
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Your Profile as Global Project Expert - Product Packaging & Labeling:

• 3+ years of experience in managing global projects, ideally in packaging or labeling domains,
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with ERP/CRM systems (preferably SAP) including configuration and support,
• Strong analytical skills with experience in business process and data analysis,
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional and remote teams in a matrix organization,
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills,
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments with a proactive and resilient mindset,
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools, ERP platforms, and databases,
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and optimize standards across global operations.
