Global Product Evolution and Life Cycle Process Lead Aftermarket

  • Represents and secures Aftermarket requirements interests within corporate GDPEP Expert Team;
  • Secures Aftermarket requirements for OES / IAM and Service business are defined within Aftermarket related deliverables (all around Service Concept, Service Strategy, Design for Service);
  • Gets divisional confirmation Aftermarket Swimlane as mandatory within OE project launches;
  • Communicates OE GDPEP changes into the organization and secures necessary amendments within adopted Div. B GDPEP process or sub-processes;
  • Ensures through continuous networking and training that Aftermarket business and specifics are well known within the divisions;
  • Owns functional excellence (define, train, deploy, control and improve methodology, processes, tools, guidelines & standards) for the GDPEP process transformation within Div B;
  • Secures all Aftermarket relevant functions are informed & trained on the Aftermarket launch process;
  • Secures alignment  for the Aftermarket product & service creation process within the regions;
  • Drives process and performance improvement activities in area of responsibility;
  • Functional excellence (define, train, deploy, control and improve methodology, processes, tools, guidelines & standards) for product life cycle management, align with OE and Aftermarket product owners for key life cycle milestones;




  • Higher education in Engineering and/or Business;
  • Advanced knowledge of ZF products, footprint, structures and processes, in particular cross-functional product creation processes such as GDPEP;
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive industry;
  • Profound experience and knowledge in process management, process tools and process documents;
  • Fluent English;
  • Proven ability to work in matrix organization;
  • Key competencies : process management, change management, customer focus , perseverance, problem solving, conflict management, good net worker.
