Global Packaging & Labeling Coordinator

About the Team:

We are looking for a Global Packaging & Labeling Coordinator for our Aftermarket division.

What you can look forward to as Global Packaging & Labeling Coordinator:

• Own and govern the global Packaging & Labeling portfolio, driving strategic transformation initiatives across all regions.
• Serve as the global process owner for packaging and labeling change management.
• Lead packaging and labeling transformation programs that support business growth, brand harmonization, and operational excellence.
• Manage end-to-end packaging and labeling projects, coordinating cross-functional teams from initiation through implementation.
• Act as the primary liaison between Marketing, Engineering, Regulatory, Operations, Packaging, and Labeling stakeholders.
• Oversee project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies while ensuring accurate execution of packaging and labeling changes.
• Maintain packaging and labeling specifications, master data, and system updates across SAP, PIMS, LDP, ERP, and related platforms.
• Ensure all packaging, label, and branding updates are accurately implemented across systems and production processes.
• Support the creation, review, and maintenance of packaging and labeling specifications and artwork and label development activities using design and labeling software.
• Drive compliance with internal governance and automotive industry requirements while identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement.

Your profile as Global Packaging & Labeling Coordinator:

• 5+ years of experience in Packaging & Labeling, Project Management, Leading teams, Change Management, Packaging Execution Development.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Engineering, Regulatory, Packaging, Operations, Supply Chain and Suppliers
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Labeling tool, ERP systems, master data management and change control processes
• Knowledge of Packaging & Labeling specifications, artwork processes, compliance requirements and automotive standards.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into business language.
• Experience supporting global rollouts, NPIs, regulatory changes and continuous process improvement.
