Global Network Manager Quality & Performance

We are looking for a new colleague in our Workshop & Distributor Network Management department of the Aftermarket Business Line Commercial Vehicle.

 

Your tasks:

  • Ensures process and network transparency (Quality and Service Capabilities) by defining, collecting & analyzing data and processes required for network strategy definition and execution;
  • Responsible for definition and implementation of E2E processes and applications for Distribution and Workshop network;
  • Responsible for data management to execute and control network strategy and OSF (Optimal Sales/Service Footprint) execution (market & customer data, KPI’s, reports & forecast);
  • Owns development and establishing network management tools and dashboards;
  • Leads KPI development-process for network management organization;
  • Defines reporting standards and routine management process from local to global;
  • Drives process automatization and data solution set up for the “Optimal Sales & Service Footprint” methodology ;
  • Responsible for implementation of process guidelines & standards incl. monitoring and follow-up of regional execution;
  • Runs permanent gap and potential analysis with global focus/ across regions.

 

Your profile:

  • Master degree in Business Management or Data Science
  • Over 3 years’ experience OES/IAM/Sales & Service business
  • General understanding of process automatization (RPAs, Makros, VBA, Programming…)
  • Strategic thinking, data driven & capability to manage complexity
  • Deep understanding of global process & data management
  • Strong analytic skills to translate business process and requirements into applications and digital solutions
  • Creativity in combination with strong business understanding in a complex environment to derive network performance KPIs from local to global
  • Global interdisciplinary networking & collaboration skills + motivating others
  • International and cross divisional project management with intercultural competence
  • Expert in Excel, PowerBI, CRM- and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, SalesCore, SalesForce)
