Tasks:

Business development of retrofit products
Consolidation and drive of retrofittable and e-trofit portfolio in alignment with commercial vehicle categories
Actively collaborate with OE product lines and systems solutions to realize retrofit opportunities in the early stage of the product life cycle
Short, mid-term and long-term growth roadmap for retrofit development
Define and execute global product creation for retrofit products and related services within the respective categories and in alignment with portfolio management
Drive and define partnerships (and eco-system solutions) with fleets linking to the full scope of retrofit solutions
Develop and execute adopted go-to-market plans incl. multi-channel approach and using the entire ZF footprint
Drive global and regional retrofit product penetration and the sales towards fleets

Profile:

Proven successful business development experience and stakeholders relationship management
At least bachelor degree in Business Development or similar
Understanding of the product & value creation within aftermarket
Strategic and analytic thinking and marketing savvy
Customer-centric market & competitor knowledge based on outside-in perspective and strong knowledge of CV business
Strong leadership skills and proven ability to act in complex matrix organizations
Strong relationship management influencing skills
Fluent knowledge of English
