Tasks:

• Develop labeling strategies for Aftermarket products based on legal and regulatory requirements and market demands;
• Define, deploy and manage the labeling process to ensure that products meet customer, market, governmental and internal requirements;
• Develop procedures for quality and safety control of products and coordinate the joint strategy with packaging;
• Develop and implement a system solution Strategy which not only covers labeling strategy but also collaborates with the product data strategy and their solutions;
• Establish,  monitor and run projects to implement the label solution in IT and business
• Define capabilities for 1-D and 2-D Codes on the label and drive the cross-functional implementation of customer experience given by code;
• Track code and legal violations in alignment with relevant stakeholders like corporate IP;
• Defined, review and update labeling policies and procedures on a regular basis;
• Manage supplier and customer relationships in alignment with relevant stakeholders;
• Continuously improve labeling procedures as well as labeling materials & quality;
• Drive Projects to create sustainable and cost-effective solutions in all regions.

Profile:

• Degree (min Bachelor) in industrial engineering, IT or equivalent;
• Min 10-12 years working experience in production industry: logistics, packaging;
• Automotive industry experience as high added value;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work as part of a team;
• Experience in matrix organization and presentation on a management level;
• Ability to lead the project labelling team;
• Good problem-solving skills – able to identify improvement opportunities;
• Managing complex business solutions as System platform;
• Technical knowledge of Labelling  & Packaging Engineering;
• Key competencies: IT solutioning, information architecture, Project Management, Process management, Quality, Diversity understanding, international experience.
