Your tasks as Global Customer Training Business Development Expert:
- Drive strategy customer training business development for ZF Aftermarket in close cooperation with sales team.
- Define & measure governance model, KPI´s & target setting process together with the Business line product category manager.
- Continuous evolution of customer training business strategy.
- Create action plans for leading value-added services for customer and business growth for training products.
- Work closely with the market intelligence teams and conduct training market analysis for further content creation opportunities.
- Improve global training management processes and working in the project teams.
Your profile:
- Business informatics/administration, pedagogics or engineering Degree (Technical background or education is a plus)
- Project management experience
- Proven experience in data analytics and data modeling eg Power BI, Tableau
- Change management skills
- Process management experience eg. SalesForce, SAP
- Experience working in global environment.
- Excellent communications skills
- English language competency (German, French or other is a plus)
- Experience in automotive industry is a plus.
