Global Customer Training Business Development Expert

Your tasks as Global Customer Training Business Development Expert:

 

  • Drive strategy customer training business development for ZF Aftermarket in close cooperation with sales team.
  • Define & measure governance model, KPI´s & target setting process together with the Business line product category manager.
  • Continuous evolution of customer training business strategy.
  • Create action plans for leading value-added services for customer and business growth for training products.
  • Work closely with the market intelligence teams and conduct training market analysis for further content creation opportunities.
  • Improve global training management processes and working in the project teams.

 

Your profile:

 

  • Business informatics/administration, pedagogics or engineering Degree (Technical background or education is a plus)
  • Project management experience
  • Proven experience in data analytics and data modeling eg Power BI, Tableau
  • Change management skills
  • Process management experience eg. SalesForce, SAP
  • Experience working in global environment.
  • Excellent communications skills
  • English language competency (German, French or other is a plus)
  • Experience in automotive industry is a plus.
