Job Description
As Designer- Software Marketing you will act as the creative strategist and hands-on maker for the Digital Solutions Marketing team. This role exists to elevate the creativity, effectiveness, and distinctiveness of our software marketing by owning visual identities, translating product value into compelling creative assets, and bringing ideas to life across digital, physical, and experiential touchpoints. In addition, the role serves as a key bridge to the Content Strategy team, ensuring close collaboration, alignment, and synergy across teams to enable efficient and scalable content creation for digital division.
Your tasks as Designer- Software Marketing:
• Own and evolve the visual identity of software products, safeguarding and advancing portfolio wide creative standards. Ensure alignment with brand governance while enabling clear product level differentiation and scalable execution across channels and markets.
• Act as creative lead for Digital Solutions Marketing, shaping concepts that align with product positioning, growth goals, and brand strategy.
• Translate complex software and technical concepts into clear, engaging visual stories for target audiences.
• Design creative assets across digital and physical formats, including product marketing materials, digital and print advertising, event and trade show assets.
• Ensure creative assets are aligned with defined campaign objectives and measurable performance outcomes.
• Lead digital ad creation in close collaboration with the Digital Growth function, driving experimentation with formats, messaging, and visuals, and rapidly iterating based on performance data.
• Leverage AI powered creative tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, production, and iteration while maintaining high creative quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Growth, Brand, Content Strategy, Communications & Events teams, and external partners, acting as a key bridge to enable aligned processes and scalable content creation while ensuring all outputs meet brand, quality, governance, and performance standards.
Your Profile:
• 4+ years of experience as a digital advertising or creative professional across agencies, startups, tech, creator, or consulting environments, with strong hands-on creative execution skills.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, with experience developing concepts, prototypes, and marketing assets (video editing is a plus).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent storyteller and visual communicator, able to simplify complex software and technical concepts into clear, engaging narratives.
• Fluent in English; an additional European language is a strong advantage.
