Your tasks:
• Provide Marketing support in terms of implementation and development of garage network and loyalty program; participating in other marketing projects and activities
• Ensure the communication of promotional operations initiated for the garage network as well as for the loyalty program, like the distribution of the loyalty program newsletter, the translation of the website
• Initiate and co-sponsor key customer events in collaboration with Regional Marketing, Corporate and Business Lines
• Ensure the creation of marketing material for the customer loyalty and workshop concept program
• Ensure feedback on the specific needs of target customer groups in the region with the aim of constantly improving the services offered
Your profile:
• Min. Bachelor degree (marketing would be an advantage)
• Customer-centric attitude based on outside-in perspective and acceptable knowledge of market and customers
• Knowledge on Automotive Aftermarket & Marketing network in the Aftermarket as advantage, but not required
• 3 – 5 years of Marketing, Communication or Sales experience in international context and in complex matrix organizations would be a must; experience with loyalty program would be an asset
• Knowledge of MS office package, SAP and CMS would be an advantage
• Fluent in English & Polish
