Your tasks as Customer Training Business Expert:
- Define & measure governance model, KPI´s & target setting process together with the Business line product category manager.
- Support global strategy of customer training business development for ZF Aftermarket in close cooperation with the sales team.
- Prepare, analyse and visualize data to create transparency, allow strategy definition and measure success amongst all key customer training stakeholders.
- Work closely with the market intelligence teams and conduct training market analysis for further content creation opportunities.
- Improve global training management processes and working in the project teams.
Your profile:
- Business informatics/administration, pedagogics or engineering Degree (Technical background or education is a plus)
- Experience in global governance role
- Proven experience in data analytics and data modeling eg. Power BI, Tableau
- Process management experience eg. Salesforce, SAP
- Excellent communications skills
- English language competency (German, French or other is a plus)
- Experience in automotive industry is a plus
