About the team:

Join our vibrant team of nine professionals, strategically located in Germany and Poland. We are passionate about collecting and analyzing customer feedback, managing customer requests, and identifying both individual and structural improvements. As dedicated customer advocates, we provide valuable insights into customer perspectives, which serve as the foundation for strategic decisions within the organization.

What you can look forward to as Customer Experience Design Specialist:

  • Analyze and map current customer journeys to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement;
  • Research and implement best practices in customer journey design to ensure our processes are cutting-edge;
  • Assess our performance against competitors to identify areas where we can differentiate and excel;
  • Tailor customer journeys based on different personas, considering their unique needs, values, and expectations;
  • Utilize data from all customer interactions to create comprehensive 360-degree customer profiles, driving informed decisions and strategies;
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience, staying ahead of industry trends and customer expectations;
  • Use data-driven insights to prioritize CX initiatives, ensuring that resources are allocated to the most impactful areas;
  • Lead and manage projects related to customer journey improvements, ensuring timely and effective execution.


Your Profile as Customer Experience Design Specialist:

  • Min Bachelor degree in Market Research, Marketing, E-commerce or related fields;
  • Strong analytical skills and high interest in data;
  • Experienced in customer journey development,  CX methodologies and benchmarking;
  • Broad knowledge of customer journey design and best practices;
  • Good English skills required;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
