Job Description

What you can look forward to as CV Fleet Expert Poland / Baltics:

• Develop cooperation with bus, truck, and trailer fleet owners and fleet operators in the dedicated market.
• Conduct meetings with customers and negotiate cooperation contracts.
• Plan and implement sales support actions and forecast sales values for defined customers.
• Monitor and protect the achievement of planned results and increase turnover of ZF spare parts.
• Search for new potential workshop network partners and implement network development strategies in the defined region.
• Build long-term cooperation with existing and potential business partners and present the workshop network during meetings and events.
• Seek new business opportunities, inform about new products and campaigns, and achieve defined targets.
• Provide technical services, conduct sales and technical training, and support the resolution of technical issues in the field.

Your Profile as CV Fleet Expert Poland / Baltics:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or sales support;
• Experience in the automotive industry, particularly with fleets or workshops;
• Technical background, at least a technical high school diploma;
• Strong customer focus;
• Advanced proficiency in Polish and English (proficiency in Latvian or Lithuanian is an advantage)
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to solve technical issues, work effectively in a team, and communicate clearly;
• Experience in the automotive aftermarket sector;
• International experience is preferred;
