CRM Product Owner Fleet & Workshop (m/f/d)

Country/Region:  PL
Location:

Warszawa, MZ, PL, 00-124

Req ID 88524 | Warsaw, Poland, ZF Automotive Systems Poland Sp. z o.o.

About the Team:

You will lead the Workshop Engagement initiative, migrating the full workshop community from the legacy CRM platform to Salesforce. This includes critically assessing existing functionality, deciding what to retire or redesign, and delivering improved capabilities while ensuring continuity for workshops.

You’ll join a small, high-impact team of Product Owners shaping CRM solutions for Sales and Service. As part of Sales & Service Enablement, we drive Customer & Commercial Excellence (CCX) in ZF’s aftermarket through scalable, user-focused solutions.

You’ll work side-by-side with business process owners, Salesforce developers, administrators, and training teams—turning complex needs into solutions that are not only built right but truly used.

As Product Owner Salesforce, you will design, evolve, and govern core CRM capabilities that enable scalable, customer-centric aftermarket processes across a global organization. This role operates in a high-complexity, multi-stakeholder environment. Impact is created through deep analysis, strong governance, and end-to-end process redesign rather than quick fixes or one-off feature delivery. You will work at the intersection of business processes, data governance, and Salesforce platform design, shaping solutions that take time to mature but deliver sustainable, enterprise-level value.

What you can look forward to as CRM Product Owner Fleet & Workshop:

  • Analyzing existing and legacy CRM processes and data models, uncovering structural gaps and hidden dependencies,
  • Lead end-to-end process analysis and redesign, challenging legacy solutions when needed,
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and backlog priorities in a dynamic, changing environment,
  • Translate complex requirements into scalable Salesforce designs, data models, and governance rules,
  • Collaborate on and evolve CRM foundations such as customer hierarchy, segmentation, and account & contact master data,
  • Drive alignment across Sales, Service, Marketing, IT, and other product teams,
  • Ensure data quality, platform consistency, and long-term adoption.

Your profile as CRM Product Owner Fleet & Workshop:

  • Bachelor’s degree,
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in complex, enterprise environments,
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce experience (Account & Contact management, data structures, complex processes). Salesforce certifications are a plus,
  • Experience with data governance, integration, and Agile ways of working,
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills,
  • Fluent English,
  • This role is a strong fit if you are energized by complexity and ambiguity, enjoy digging into details, edge cases, and end-to-end processes, you are comfortable challenging stakeholders and driving change, you care deeply about customer and end-user impact, not just system delivery and you understand that adoption is earned through good design and governance.

Why you should choose ZF in Warsaw:

  • An employment contract in a stable, global company,
  • Implementation package-full training and support from experienced managers and employees who will make sure that you feel comfortable while performing newly entrusted tasks,
  • Hybrid or remote system work and flexible working hours,
  • Possibility of participation in private medical care and life insurance,
  • Annual bonus, cafeteria system,
  • Very good working atmosphere - working in an international team, interesting projects, and tasks.
