Business Process Management Architect

Requirements:

• Lead international process design workshops to model cross-functional end-to-end business processes;
• Dialogue with business users in the regions to integrate their needs;
• Ensure high quality and easy understanding of published processes
• Determine effective metrics to measure process execution performance;
• Support Process Owners to rollout their processes at global scale;
• Supervise the release and publication workflows for the processes modelled;
• Host global BPM trainings for the Aftermarket Division of ZF;
• Evolve the Business Process Architecture framework;
• Integrate industry best practices in your work;
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and lead activities to introduce Process Analytics (e.g. process mining).

Profile:

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience (can includes consulting & advisory);
• 3+ years experience working at global scale;
• Profound knowledge in modelling Business processes according to BPMN 2.0 notation;
• Strong in change management and communication (incl. visual storytelling);
• Experience in leading discussions on leadership levels;
• Highly structured and systematic;
• Multi-year experience in working with leading BPM tools such as Signavio, Camunda, Aris, Celonis;
• Certified in recognized PM standards (e.g. IPMA B /IPMA C) a plus;
• Track record of successful implementation of Process Mining (e.g., Celonis, QPR) ;
• Intercultural awareness and sensitivity;
• Superb English skills (written and verbal);
• Experienced in working in multinational setups managing the needs of various stakeholders within matrix organizations
