Business Process Management Architect

Requirements:

• Independently lead activities to design process flows and execute global rollout across domains;
• Lead process design workshops to model cross-functional end-to-end business processes applicable globally (e.g. Reman process, sales forecast process);
• Supervise Process Design workshops to steer the modelling of processes by a backoffice team;
• Design possibility to automate and analyse process execution already in the process design;
• Supervise compliance to quality standards of published processes (in Symbio) and proactively engage process owners in case of deviations;
• Lead activities of the backoffice BPM Team in India and be a partner for their continued development;
• Supervise on time execution of milestones how to come from ‘idea to create a process’ to ‘process rolled out globally’ and escalate to senior leadership Div B;
• Proactively advise and support DLT member in what it takes to successfully own their end-to-end process chain;
• Measure process performance and develop & implement countermeasures for improvement;
• Consult on IT systems to be used to automate process execution;
• Develop and spread best-practice examples how to design processes in a way that a global user community understands how to adhere to these processes effectively.

Profile:

• Management / strategy consulting (at least 5 years)
• Deep knowledge of project management (incl. certification)
• Business centric mindset and passionate to drive productivity
• Experience in Business Process Management (BPM) and process modelling notations (BPMN 2.0)
• Profound skills in working with BPM tools (e.g. Signavio, ARIS, Camunda) and solid understanding of analytics and automation (e.g. Celonis, UIPath)
• Experienced in working in cross-functional setups within matrix organizations
• Intercultural awareness and sensitivity
• Minimum of 5 years in leading (global) projects, preferably out of a non-EMEA region
