About the Team

The Business Process Management (BPM) Team helps business leaders transform the way Division B - Aftermarket operates by designing, rolling out and continuously improving global business processes that create measurable business value. We work closely with domain experts to design processes that are simple, transparent, and easy for teams around the globe to apply. As part of the Transformation Excellence function, we contribute to building a strong process culture by ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across the organization.

What can you look forward to as a Business Process Management & Transformation Specialist (m/f/d):

• Drive cross-functional process design workshops, challenge existing ways of working, and help the business unlock measurable value through process simplification, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Facilitate process discovery & design workshops, helping international business teams structure their knowledge into clear process flows.
• Support Process Owners in translating strategic business objectives into practical process solutions.
• Challenge current ways of working and help Process Owners reimagine processes with an AI-first mindset.
• Model processes in BPM tools, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to BPM standards.
• Coordinate with the BPM back-office modeling team to ensure the quality and consistency of process documentation.
• Coach Process Owners how to embed automated solutions in their processes (e.g., workflow tools, RPAs, AI process automation).  
• Support the process lifecycle from design to publication and rollout, ensuring alignment with business stakeholders.

Your profile as a Business Process Management & Transformation Specialist (m/f/d):

• 3–5 years of experience in business process management/process improvement/process transformation roles.
• Practical experience working with BPMN 2.0 and modeling tools such as Signavio, ARIS, Visio, or similar.
• Comfortable facilitating discussions and workshops with business teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate operational knowledge into structured, visual processes.
• Collaborative approach and ease in working with stakeholders from different functions.
• Openness to learning and working in a global, cross-functional environment. English language required.
• Experience identifying and implementing automation opportunities, including Power Automate, workflow automation, RPA, AI assistants and AI-enabled process improvements is a strong plus.
