Business Process Management (BPM) Consultant

Your responsibilities:

•    Creation and modelling of Business Processes in the standard BPM tool of ZF;

•    Supervising the review, approval and release workflow for the processes modelled;

•    Global Center of Excellence to quality assure the modelled processes;

•    Review quality of existing processes and recommend improvements;

•    Facilitate and lead cross-functional process design workshops;

•    Design end-to-end process chains under the supervision of the global process owners from the business;

•    Document process design guidelines;

•    Host global trainings on Business Process Management for the Aftermarket Division of ZF;

•    Identify opportunities to automate processes (e.g. in UIPath or Celonis).

Your profile:

•    Min. bachelor’s degree;

•    Multi years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM);

•    Fluent to use established process modelling languages (e.g. BPMN 2.0);

•    Strong to lead discussions with senior leader at a high degree of confidence;

•    Hand-on qualification to work with the leading tools (e.g. Signavio, Celonis);

•    Excellent communication and presentation skills, including live presentations to larger audience;

•    Good understanding on the value-add of systematic project management;

•    Intensive experience in working with international corporations;

•    Passionate to create a business impact;

•    Fluent English and Polish, German would be an asset.
