What you can look forward to as Business Line Passenger Cars Expert Sustainability (m/f/d):
 
• Development and evolution of Business Line specific Sustainability Strategy based on corporate and divisional sustainability strategies and in line with divisional sustainability targets
• Support and drive the execution of the sustainable product portfolio development in alignment with the global Business Line Category Managers
• Answer sustainability related customer requests via Key Account Managers and coordinating the request with relevant divisional and corporate departments
• Develop and coordinate the content participation for sustainability related customer and product topics with relevant div. and corp. departments and attend customer meetings on demand to represent ZF Aftermarket sustainability
• Ensure consistency of communication across customers as well as across organization by aligning with relevant intra-divisional stakeholders as well as ZF Group Sustainability @ Sales Community
• Division and Corporate internal stakeholder management to bridge about received and pending customer requests on a regular basis
 
Your profile as Business Line Passenger Cars Expert Sustainability (m/f/d):
 
• Min. Bachelor degree
• Knowledge and passion for sustainability, environmental systems, life cycle thinking, product sustainability, and climate change
• Experience in automotive product related sustainability advantageous
• Several years of experience in the Automotive Aftermarket
• ZF Aftermarket relevant product knowledge
• Good understanding of market and Passenger Cars related customer dynamics
• Operational customer experience
• High multi-disciplinary project management skills
• Intercultural awareness
• Strong communication skills; fluent English
