About the team:

The Business Architect will drive the strategic alignment of business goals with end-to-end business solutions, ensuring that the organization's processes and systems enhance customer and end-user experiences. This role is crucial in designing and implementing business solutions that span across domains, business lines, customer segments, and technologies, while collaborating closely with IT architects. The Business Architect plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between strategy and execution, contributing significantly to enterprise transformation and operational excellence.

What you can look forward to as Business Architect:

• Align business architecture strategy with overall business goals and objectives, interpreting and contextualizing strategy for operational needs.
• Design and implement comprehensive business solutions that span across domains, business lines, customer segments, and technologies.
• Develop and maintain business capability models and value streams to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Ensure all solution designs are customer-centric, incorporating design principles and assessing impacts on customer journeys and customer experience (CX).
• Prioritize end-user needs in all solution designs, ensuring seamless integration with various channels.
• Collaborate with Advanced Analytics (AA) to ensure high data and process quality in all business solutions.
• Work closely with business leaders and IT architects to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
• Establish metrics to measure the performance and impact of business architecture initiatives.

Your Profile as Business Architect:

• At least a bachelor's degree in the field of IT, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field;
• Extensive experience in business architecture or related roles;
• Ability to design end-to-end, customer-centric business solutions;
• Deep understanding of business processes, data quality, and continuous improvement;
• Proficiency in business capability modeling and performance measurement;
• Experience collaborating with IT teams and enterprise architects;
• Strong project management skills and stakeholder expectation management;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels;
• Strategic and innovative thinking with a problem-solving mindset;
