Key purpose:
Leading Brand Strategy, Governance and Execution to deliver high quality brand strategy, positioning & messaging for all ZF Aftermarket brands and services. Establish strong and enduring brands and services presence in the marketplaces to build meaningful connections with our audiences. Drive traffic, engagement, and sales ultimately contribution to ZF Aftermarket growth and success.
What you can look forward to as Brand Strategy & Governance Leader:
• Build talent: Plan, manage staff, develop & motivate agile, diverse & high-performing Team,
• Brand Strategy: Development, implementation and maintenance of brand strategies, brand architecture and brand foundations to enhance brand identity, visibility, and market position,
• Brand Governance: Ensuring that the brand is consistently represented and protected across all owned, earned & paid channels and touchpoints,
• Brand Execution: Asset creation and execution (Always-On) in close alignment with Brand Strategy, Customer Marketing, Business Lines, Regions, and Comm. Excellence,
• Measure, optimize & drive brand evolution & evaluation: Monitor results and assess performance to share synergies, leverage learning and drive scaling across countries & BLs to improve our brand value & brand positioning, Marketing efficiency & Marketing ROI, globally. Test new technology, approaches,
• Comply: Ensure deployment of consistent market messaging, brand governance and effective content marketing to enforce push effects & trigger customer pull for all categories,
• Fiscal Control: Oversee the optimized allocation of resources / brand strategy, execution, and governance (as described above) budgets based on advanced marketing analytics towards aligned strategies.
Your profile as Brand Strategy & Governance Leader:
• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field,
• 8+ years of proven experience in several marketing roles, ideally in automotive aftermarket or strong B2B brands,
• 4+ years of experience in building, scaling and leading marketing teams in international matrix organizations,
• Strong experience & thought leadership in Marketing for B2B and B2C,
• Ability to develop and execute global marketing strategies aligned with the overall business objectives and goals,
• Experience in managing and protecting a global brand identity, ensuring consistency and integrity across all markets and touchpoints,
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms,
• Entrepreneurial, analytical & growth mindset with an excellent understanding of customer-centricity and customer journeys as well as strong knowledge of market and customers,
• Excellent skills to lead by influence, empowerment, coaching, role modelling and human leadership,
• Ability to manage ambiguity by bringing clarity through excellent stakeholder tailored communication, clear vision and goal setting, which is easy to understand,
• Ability to challenge the status quo & to question our paradigms,
• Fluency in English is a must, proficiency in any other languages a great plus.
