Perfect! Apply for Account Success - Program Manager position and join a dynamic Commercial Strategy, Governance & Innovation team within Customer & Commercial Excellence (CCX) domain.

 

Your tasks:
• Lead & coordinate end-to-end strategic account & business development framework and approach within ZF Aftermarket focusing on fostering cross-functional collaboration between front-end sales strategy, sales enablement tools and processes and product category growth plans and strategy
• Perform strategic, business-driven analysis to assess go-to-market model, pain points and improvement opportunities and support strategic decisions and activities with regards to category&customer business development blueprint and operating model
• Partner with market intelligence, category and sales management to streamline, operationalize and industrialize share of market and share of wallet analytics and application to drive business decisions and strategies
• Review and leverage SP/OP planning on market and category level to deploy concrete customer and product short/mid/long business development activities and ensure synchronization with other cross-functional programs for spotless execution
• Lead and coordinate the design of end-to-end sales pipeline management framework and process between internal CCX stakeholders and external ones (regional business lines, sales management and finance community)
• Develop the blueprint operating model and coordinate unified market&customer performance routines in the regions focusing on reviewing customer performance and development plans

 

Your profile: 
• Min. bachelor’s degree in economics, finance or similar field
• Min. +5 years of experience experience in program management, strategic development or category management, preferably in automotive or B2B sectors
• Experience working in a cross-functional environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in process improvement (Six Sigma, Lean - nice to have)
• Strong analytical skills paired with very good knowledge of analytical & visualization tools (MS Excel, PowerBi, Tableau etc.)
• Critical thinking, consulting experience/mindset
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem-solving skills; ability to foster collaboration & empowerment with remote leadership
• Strong presentation skills incl. visualization tools (MS PowerPoint etc.)
• Good knowledge of English, other languages would be an asset
