SDE - Systems, Processes & Risk Management (m/f/d)

We are looking for a new colleague to strengthen our SDE Team in Vila Nova de Cerveira, Portugal 

Main accountabilities, responsibilities and deliverables

• Responsible for develop processes and tools for Supplier Insolvency Management / Supplier escalation Management / Supplier risk governance; 
• Organize, record and report cadence meetings for Supplier Insolvency Management / Supplier escalation Management / Supplier risk governance; 
• Organize the collaboration with cross-functions CP, PP, SQA, Quality, PM, Engineering, Controlling, PLs, etc. on the topics described above;
• Coordinate supplier improvement & developing projects;
• Support the Achievement of KPI’s for OTP, SLP C. Ratio, PPM, C. Ratio & other target assigned by Management, as e.g. deadlines for closing escalation;
• Monthly KPI & performance reporting for SDE;
• Create and maintain analysis tools for supplier surveillance (Certifications, KPI, score-card, etc);
• Process expert and key person for IT tool providers for improvements, maintenance, etc;
• GPST (Global PPAP Support Team) for assigned C-level components, incl. review of supplier documentation, driving improvements and corrections until final & complete approval of PSW.

Required skills and experience / main competencies
 

• Technical background in Quality and/or Eng. ;
• Experience in practical use of automotive Quality tools, six sigma methodology, VDA & AIAG standards for PPAP approvals;
• Team player
• IT skills: e.g. advanced Microsoft, PowerBI
