Lean Production System

We are looking for a new colleague as Lean Production System in Vila Nova de Cerveira, Portugal

Main accountabilities, responsibilities and deliverables

•  Supports ZF Production System activities at production centers (implementation and application of Lean principles);

•  Responsible for leading/supporting OP preparation of CIS activities, and all management of CIS projects;

•  Facilitates/leads/coordinates workshops and trainings;

•  Lead continuous improvement activities, tips process;

•  Supports the plant in the implementation of digitalization projects, lessons learned;

•  Responsible for training all employees in the tools and methods for implementing ZF PS;

•  Reporting of Lean management related indicators (OEE, TEEP, SS, CIS,...);

Required skills and experience / main competencies

•  Graduates in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management or similar (with knowledge in Lean tools, Kaisen methodologies, 6 Sigma);

•  Experience in the industrial environment

•  Experience in Lean methodologies (preferred)

•  Mandatory fluency in English
