Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Primary Responsibility:

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments. Maintain close communication with logistic interfaces to ensure smooth material flow.

Essential Tasks:

• Maintain delivery due list
• Prepares documentation for international shipments and communicate changes within the distribution center.
• Schedule truck pick-ups and inbound deliveries.
• Prepare documentation to comply with customs standards.
• Create product certificates and trade agreements.
• Handle freight quotes, BOL/LOA request and customs forms.
• Work with non-stock orders and return orders.
• Perform related tasks and special projects as needed.

Organizational Relationships:   Works closely with Customer Service, Product Management, Supply chain and Distribution Center. 

Educational Requirements:  High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience Requirements:   Strong communication skills required. Previous distribution center and customs experience preferred. SAP and MS office suite proficiency.
