Retail Sales Manager

What you can look forward to as a Retail Sales Manager:

  • Drive Sales & Revenue: Meet or exceed quotas and product placement targets across assigned retail accounts.
  • Relationship Management: Build rapport with key account stakeholders, department heads, and general managers to secure prime shelf space and promotional features.
  • Product Education & Training: Conduct product knowledge sessions, training clinics, and demonstrations for the assigned accounts.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Collect feedback on customer preferences, track competitor pricing/promotions, and report field insights to the regional management team.
  • Perform GAP Analysis: Provide category analysis to support missing SKU’s and support customer growth.
  • Internal Liaison:  Build solid internal relationships to ensure our internal stakeholders are hearing the voice of the customer throughout the organization.

Your profile as a Retail Sales Manager:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of Sales experience required.
  • Intermediate to Expert in Microsoft suite.
  • Effective presentation, communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills.
  • Automotive Aftermarket experience preferred.

The expected base compensation for this role is $103,000 - $129,800 Annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
