What can you look forward to as a Project Manager?

• Accountable to lead and execute transformational projects that reshape the Aftermarket automotive sector across North America.
• Facilitate strategic planning execution sessions to translate high-level strategies into detailed execution plans
• Engage with regional project owners to establish project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Work closely with the leadership team to identify bottlenecks in operations and implement effective solutions to optimize business processes.
• Analyze and revamp business processes to drive regional efficiency, cost reduction, and heightened customer satisfaction. 
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and progress reports 
• Document procedures and governance structures 
• Apply best practices in project management and process optimization. 
• Ensure clear communication channels between supporting teams and project owners 
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks. 
• Advocate for and manage change within the organization, emphasizing regional considerations.

Your profile as a Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on Operations or Project Management.
• 6+ years experience in managing transformational projects and building execution plans
• Demonstrated success in leading projects from ideation to implementation.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent Communication (both written and verbal) and Collaboration Skills
• Experience with agile and traditional project management tools such as Gantt charts, MS Project, Planner, KPI dashboards

The expected base compensation for this role is $113,200- $141,500 Annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
