Job Description

ZF's Aftermarket division is seeking a new Head of Passenger Car (PC) Business Line NA Aftermarket! Reporting to the VP of Aftermarket for North America, the Head of PC Aftermarket will be responsible for developing and owning the end-to-end Regional Business Line strategy & model, in coherence with the overall Global PC Business Line Strategy. The goal of this position is to drive profitable growth for the business line regionally. 

 

What you can look forward to as the Head of Aftermarket's Passenger Car Business Line:

  • Identify the Regional Business Line portfolio expansion opportunities (products, service &solutions) through organic and inorganic range extension
  • Ensure flawless service readiness for OE derived businesses building on strong connectivity with other Divisions in the region to ensure ZF’s products & solutions full life-cycle support
  • Build effective Go-To-Market and marketing strategies for the customers of the Business Line
  • Drive and deploy differentiation strategies and initiatives for best-in-class customer proximity
  • Ensure commercial terms and conditions compliancy with legal regulations, business line strategy and code of conduct requirements (commercial policy, frameworks, guidelines)
  • Develop an accountable, collaborative, diverse, entrepreneurial, and passionate team 


Your profile as the Head of Aftermarket's Passenger Car Business Line:

  • 10+ years of relevant passenger car experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Deep understanding of regional Aftermarket value chain (product management, marketing, pricing, branding, distribution), customer requirements, and trends
  • Robust customer network and proven successful stakeholder relationship management
  • Proven experience in successfully P&L management of global business and strong commercial sense
  • Strong leadership skills and proven ability to lead in complex matrix organizations
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills 


The expected base compensation for this role is $163,800 – $204,800.00 annually.  Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
