About the Team:

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead critical plant engineering and industrialization initiatives that drive operational excellence and support new remanufacturing opportunities. In this role, you’ll guide team members, manage technical programs, and oversee end‑to‑end execution of production and process improvements.

What you can look forward to as an Engineering Manager

  • Manage and direct the execution of plant engineering initiatives, including layouts, production equipment, process flows, tooling, and test systems.
  • Lead industrialization efforts for new remanufacturing lines and business opportunities.
  • Prepare and support business cases for new engineering and production projects.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day department performance with broad autonomous decision‑making.
  • Identify training needs, resource requirements, and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Manage engineering staff, assign responsibilities, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Own and manage product design changes that impact production processes.
  • Support engineering change management processes (ECN) and documentation updates.
  • Coordinate technical documentation, specifications, and customer engineering requests.
  • Support new product/engineering projects from definition to implementation.
  • Oversee and ensure proper functionality of test benches across the facility.

Your profile as an Engineering Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
  • Master’s degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum 8+ years of progressive engineering experience, preferably in:
    • Process / Industrial Engineering (AME)
    • Manufacturing / Remanufacturing
    • Product or Design Engineering
    • Controls, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Reliability Engineering
    • Maintenance, Test Engineering, or Supplier/Customer Quality
    • Prior experience managing engineering teams, projects, and technical programs

The expected base compensation for this role is $110,700 - $138,40. Annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
