Sr IT Analyst-Bus Analysis

We are looking for a new colleague to join the IT Department at our location in ValleyView, OH

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • Support the North America HR Systems team with digital HR transformation and standardization projects in alignment with global HR strategy and regional requirements
  • Provide technical expertise and support coordination between HR Centers of Expertise, HR Business Partners, HR Operations/Shared Services, local HR, IT, and other key partners to deliver efficient digitalized HR services
  • Ensure efficient operations and continuous improvement of key HR systems and related technical integrations
  • Leverage HR reporting and analytics tools to deliver insights and data to the business as well as to ensure HR data accuracy within and across key systems
  • Support HR and end-users with training, change management, and resolving technical issues concerning HR systems and digitalized HR processes
  • Support other tasks as assigned by HR leadership

 

Your Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields
  • HR systems technical support experience (SAP SuccessFactors & PeopleSoft experience preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities preferably including experience with reporting and data analysis tools
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills ideally including experience working with diverse global and cross-functional teams
  • Good working knowledge of core HR processes
