We are looking for a new colleague for our subsidiary “2getthere B.V.” at our location in Utrecht/Netherlands.

2getthere realizes automated transit applications, operating on either segregated infrastructures, dedicated lanes or in mixed traffic. The systems are based on over 30 years of experience with automated vehicles in different demanding environments. 2Getthere is part of the ZF Group; a global leader in driveline and chassis technology as well as active and passive safety technology.

Your tasks as Sales & Business Development Manager - Autonomous Transport Systems (ATS) (m/f/d):

  • Manage and take responsibility for all customer activities
  • Promote and represent ZF´s overall expertise in future mobility systems and ATS solutions
  • Develop the ATS business on a profitable basis, while delivering significant revenue results in line with the overall company strategy, to achieve group as well as individual key results
  • Pro-actively manage the Sales pipeline and achieve Sales objectives defined together with the Head of ATS Sales - International
  • Lead the Sales process from the very first customer contact until the business deal
  • Negotiate commercial arrangements and contracts for new projects and new business opportunities with clients and partners
  • Ongoing reporting of customer project status, including tracking and maintenance of pre-acquisitions activities and their performance
  • Report to the Head of ATS Sales – International


Your profile as Sales & Business Development Manager - Autonomous Transport Systems (ATS) (m/f/d):

  • University degree preferably in Engineering or Business Administration with a profound Engineering background 
  • Several years’ experience in international B2B Sales of complex systems and projects
  • Proven track record of turning complex products and leads into business
  • In-depth knowledge of Sales and Business Development strategies including techniques and experience with (public) tender business
  • Excellent negotiation, networking, cross-functional leadership, coordination/cooperation skills & strong commercial skills paired with a full-scale customer focus
  • A strategic view, are accurate and analytical and have good understanding of cultures and people
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch, English and German (written and spoken), willingness to travel and visit customers on site
