2 Getthere is a global leader in Autonomous Vehicles, committed to improving global mobility; commuting, travelling. As a Human Resource Manager, you will be part of a cross functional team and work closely together with managers and employees in Utrecht (the Netherlands) and in Friedrichshafen, Ingolstadt and Munich (Germany). 
Due to our growth, an increasing number of projects and leads, our aim to become a more professionalized and HR process driven organization, we are currently looking for a HR Manager at our location in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
You will legally report to the CEO and have a functional reporting line to the Head of HR of the overarching product line at ZF.  

Your role:

  • Understanding and addressing business issues by working closely with the Executive Team members on co-shaping and co-driving a strategic HR agenda and be able to operationalize this for specifically the scope in the Utrecht location.
  • Partnering with the management to deal with all relevant employee consultation processes and to sup-port with the change management in the highly transformational environment.
  • Supporting the managers in all people issues. In this context you will shape, align, and drive HR inter-ventions.
  • Applying core HR processes such as Talent Management, Strategic Workforce Planning, People Per-formance Management, Reward & Recognition, Health & Wellbeing.
  • Leading and/or contributing to international HR-projects and implementing them on market/country level.
  • Acting as advocate for standardization in the execution of HR policies to realize operational excellence. Acting as a sparring partner for the Executive Team on local implications and solutions for the business. Counseling managers and/ or employees in employee relations procedures and supporting local organ-izational capabilities development.


Your profile:

  • At least 5 years of working experience in HR within an international organization, Hands-on experience with topics like hiring, case management, performance management and Compensation & Benefits in the Netherlands.
  • Broad HR experience and knowledge, and the drive to further develop as HR Manager
  • Ability to connect with all layers in the organization, including the ZF German Executive level, excellent   stakeholder management skills
  • Winning mentality and persuasion skills as well as a high level of integrity and professionalism
  • Energetic, responsive team player who is keen to take initiatives, Business acumen and interest in business practice
  • Mastering the Dutch language is a plus. Fluency in English. Knowledge in German language will be an asset
  • HR Project Management experience might be a plus
