Job Description
Main Task: Provide Administrative Support Work to the HR Department & Management Team. Assists the Management team by performing a variety of support duties, such as conference/meeting planning, preparing presentations and or documents, as well as coordinate travel when requested.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver daily administration work as assigned by the HR department and or the Plant Manager
- Conference registration for Plant Management
- Travel Management including expense reports for Plant Manager
- Scheduling for conference room, Management Staff, etc.
- Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR department
- Arrange, coordinate and oversee the Canteen Service(s).
- Responsible for conference room supplies including purchasing food/drink for guests accordingly.
- Support and provide the HR Management with employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting.
- Research on and assist with the preparation of policies and procedures.
- Responsible for the badge system including assisiting with new badges and visitor badges
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Computer Skills; Proficient Computer Skills including MS Office
- Proven Communication Skills & Ability to Interact with Executive - Level Personnel
- In - Depth Knowledge of Management Support Processes
- Ability to Prioritize and Complete Assigned Tasks in a Timely Manner
- Requires Strong Interpersonal, Facilitation & Orgnanizational Skills
- 2+ Years Minimum Related Experience Supporting Management
- Fluent in English; Bi - Lingual a Plus
Preferred Skills/Experience & Education:
- Bachelors Degree
- 5+ Years Related Experience
- Knowledge of Automotive Assembly/Manufacturing
- Paralegal Licensure or Certification Preferred
- Notary License Preferred
