HR Representative

Your tasks: 

 

• Communicate and multiply governance topics from Centers of Expertise into the Division 
• Act as gateway to the Centers of Expertise (Learning, Talent, Org. & Recruiting; Compensation & Benefits; Systems & Services, Strategy, Governance & Program Management; Labor Relations & Legal Affairs)
• Support the HR Business Partners in taking on individual tasks from the respective Product Line or Domain
• Support the HR Business Partners on strategic topics 
• Communicate and exchange with HR Representatives of other divisions
• Steer the transformation initiatives of the division (project management, change management)
• Support divisional HR lead in developing divisional HR strategy

 

Your profile:

 

• University degree in Economics, alternatively Master of Arts
• Experience in HR area
• Knowledge of MS Office package (excellent skills in Excel and Power Point)
• Good command of English and Slovak
• Competencies to manage different interfaces, ability to deal with various stakeholders, cross functional and cross divisional
• High level of commitment and self-initiative; creativity and ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Strong business acumen and project management skills
