What you can look forward to as Senior Global Business Analyst (m/f/d):

• Drive business performance through global sales, margin, profitability and category analytics, translating insights into actionable recommendations and management decisions.
• Identify growth opportunities by combining product, market, vehicle parc and customer data to optimize portfolio strategy, market coverage and commercialization initiatives.
• Advance AI-driven category intelligence by automating analytics, developing AI-enabled tools, and leveraging agentic AI to improve category management and decision-making.
• Ensure data governance and reporting excellence through KPI harmonization, data quality management, Power BI development, forecasting support and reporting automation.
• Lead global processes and cross-functional projects by coordinating with Product Management, Pricing, Finance and regional teams to drive planning, strategic initiatives and continuous process improvement.

Your Profile as Senior Global Business (m/f/d):

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering , Data Analytics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Category Management, Product Management, Business Development, Commercial Excellence, Sales Analytics or similar analytical business functions.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into business decisions and commercial recommendations.
• Strong analytical, strategic and conceptual thinking.
• Experience with SAP, Power BI and advanced analytical tools.
• Experience working with global stakeholders in an international environment.
• Knowledge of automotive, aftermarket or product - and or category management processes is highly desirable.
• Experience with AI, automation, advanced analytics or data science applications is a strong advantage.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Monthly wage from 2 363 € (including basic wage component *, without bonuses and premiums). The salary depends on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
