What you can look forward to as Project Manager Operations Plant (m/f/d):

• Operations project lead in the plant according to latest project organizational setup
• Methodical launch Expert in the plant that secures the proper execution according valid guidelines
• Reporting of the launch status to established Steering Committees
• Early involvement in the projects to engage from operations view point
• Support during the staffing process at the project start
• Core team member in customer projects
• Support the rollout of the Launch process in the responsible plant
• Interface to the divisional Launch Management
• Support divisional launch projects
• Lead Plant interface incl. support planning in the operations project

Your Profile as Project Manager Operations Plant (m/f/d):

• Bachelor's/Master's degree/diploma in industrial engineering/technical business administration or mechanical engineering with sound knowledge of business administration
• Several years of experience in Operations / Project Management / or similar in the automotive environment
• Intercultural competence
• Fluent in English
• Good moderation and presentation skills as well as a good command of written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel on business and to spend limited periods abroad

Monthly salary from 1698 € - 3 003 (including basic salary* without premiums) The possibility of offering a higher salary for this position depends on the candidate's qualifications and experience * of which the basic component of the monthly salary according to §62 ods. 2 Zákona č. 5/2004 Z. z. o službách zamestnanosti v znení neskorších predpisov from: 1 460 € - 2 685.
