NPM Governance & Performance Expert

Tasks:

• Support of the global purchasing organization Non-Production Materials (NPM) in regards to standardization/improvement of processes and strategic orientation
• Supporting of cross-divisional savings projects, e.g. payment term improvement
• Takeover and management of (sub-) projects within the scope of the governance function or as support for the NPM Commodities or NPM Regions
• Analysis of data and KPIs as a basis for management decisions, further development of reports in cooperation with Controlling Materials Management
• Collaboration and support with various stakeholder in the NPM Organization incl. Cost Manager and Top Management
• Creation of process descriptions/training documents, implementation and running of training courses
• Preparation of decision papers for the NPM management team
• Continuously improvement of NPM Power Platform Solutions in close collaboration with the data owners and development team

Requirements:

• University degree /Bachelor’s degree in business, IT or related field
• 5-7 years’ work experience, preferably in Materials Management, IT or related area
• High analytical capabilities and deep understanding of business processes
• Project Management skills
• Strong competency in presentation, moderation, and social communication
• Very good ability to work cross functional.
• High resilience, high level of commitment and decisiveness
• IT affinity and profound knowledge in data modelling and data visualization required
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Power Platform is a plus
• Fluent in spoken and written English, further language skill like German appreciated

Salary 2,117 – 2,913 Euro 

TT13+ till 16 depending on experiences of the candidate (salary is set without monthly premium)
