Capacity planning and optimization:

•Coordinate (re)manufacturing capacity planning activities across Div B footprint
•Identify proactively (re)manufacturing capacity needs,  drive capacity optimization and suggest improvements e.g. via addressing bottlenecks
•Perform capacity modeling (scenarios) to support business decisions (e.g. make vs. buy), identify and deep dive data to support efficiency improvements
•Create global capacity database (Div B), monitor planned capacity vs. actual capacity utilization.

Strategic investment planning (SP process):

•Actively contribute to SP process in coordination with Controlling,
•Review/verify investment proposals submitted by production & distribution plants within Div B 
•Support creation of investment plan together with Heads of regions & Plant managers

Capacity analysis for projects (business cases):

•Assess existing capacity and draw up forecasts based on projects requirements
•Support business case development based on market demand in cooperation with category management (analyze industry data and trends in support of strategic projects)

CAPEX standardization:

•Develop and document new standards for CAPEX planning and requisitions
•Support creation of standards for the  preparation of RFQs and RFIs
 
Profile: 
  • Experience with forecast/demand and capacity planning in manufacturing environment (3 - 5 years)
  • Familiar with enterprise resource planning
  • Experience with leading planning and scheduling for production
  • Ability to apply problem-solving techniques to project-related issues
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel - Advanced
  • Organizational & self-organization skills
  • English skills
  • Willingness to work in heterogenous, worldwide teams

 

Mesačná mzda od 1 600 €  do 2 100 €(vrátane základnej zložky mzdy*, bonusov a prémií)

* z toho základná zložka mesačnej mzdy podľa §62 ods. 2 Zákona č. 5/2004 Z. z. o službách zamestnanosti v znení   neskorších predpisov od 1 275 €
