Training and Development Expert

We are currently focusing on expanding our team in Serbia, department for Human Recourses.
Your tasks as Training and Development Expert:
- Responsible of creation and implementation of training agenda for entire company
- Defines training plans according to organizational units and positions
- Designs, executes, and ensures the quality of trainings and workshops for all employees in cooperation with internal employees or external associates
- Build quarterly and annual training program
- Responsible for the process of onboarding for new employees
- Creates a plan for the development of employees, with the aim of establishing a base of potential talents and coordinates the process with the HR business partner
- Participates in the creation and implementation of the process of semi-annual and annual evaluation of employees in accordance with the company's strategy
- Actively participates in the creation of corporate culture and company values as well as in the creation of strategies to increase the engagement, commitment, satisfaction, and motivation of employees
Your profile as Training and Development Expert:
- University degree
- Several years of experience in people development and training, preferable within international automotive environment
- Ability to lead a full training cycle
- Good knowledge of talent management and succession planning methods
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP knowledge is advantage
- Fluency in English language, knowledge of German language is advantage
- Analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills
