We are looking to hire a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Toluca. 
 
What you can look forward as Warehouse Supervisor:
•    Supervise the reception of productive and indirect material /Supervise all the exits of productive and non-productive material from the plant.
•    Identify areas of improvement and establish procedures and work practices /Guide and assign responsibilities to logistics operators.
•    Evaluate the performance of the operators and corroborate that they are working correctly /Confer and coordinate the corresponding activities with the other departments.
•    Prioritize safety (inspection of racks, evaluation of the storage condition of materials, adequacy of forklifts and transport units, correction of maneuvers by operators).
•    Validate labeling of productive material. /To guarantee the correct supply of productive material to the line.
•    Coordination and monitoring of compliance with weekly cyclic counts. /Prevent incidents and deterioration of the warehouse by applying safety and maintenance measures.
•    Perform daily receipt reports /Report inventory discrepancies to the Materials Planner /Report damage to incoming material /Interaction with indirect suppliers.
•    Verify the correct operation of forklifts, follow up on maintenance orders and report any anomaly in the equipment to the supplier.

Your profile as Warehouse Supervisor:
1.    Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or equivalent (preferred), Eng.
2.    Required experience: 5 years minimum in supply chain.Warehouse experience is a must.
3.    Specific knowledge: SAP (must have), knowledge 
4.    Stellantis portals: e-Supplier Connect, Web CHAMPS (nice to have)
5.    EXCEL (intermediate at least)
6.    OEM knowledge
7.    Nice to hace basic English communication, English for SAP is mandatory.
