About the Team

The Supply Chain team at ZF in Toluca plays a key role in ensuring seamless coordination between customers, production, and logistics. The team is highly customer-centric, working closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Quality, and Warehouse to deliver operational excellence. With a strong focus on automotive standards and performance KPIs, the team drives continuous improvement and service reliability. What you can look forward to as Supply Chain Specialist:

• Manage customer communication across multiple channels, ensuring timely responses aligned with KPIs.
• Process and monitor customer orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, and delivery conditions.
• Coordinate order changes, cancellations, and updates with internal stakeholders.
• Track shipments and deliveries, proactively communicating delays or deviations to customers.
• Handle customer claims related to quality, logistics, or invoicing, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Quality for root cause analysis and corrective actions (e.g. 8D methodology).
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and participate in performance review meetings.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as service levels, fill rate, and backlog, driving continuous improvements.

Your Profile as Supply Chain Specialist:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Experience managing OEM or Tier 1 customers is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of order management, logistics processes, and after-sales service.
• Advanced SAP or ERP system experience is required.
• Familiarity with automotive standards and quality systems (IATF 16949 is a plus).
• Intermediate to advanced English skills for global communication.
• Strong competencies in customer focus, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork.
