We are looking to hire a Manufacturing engineer expert in plastic injection  to join our team at Toluca.
 
What you can look forward as Manufacture Plastic Injection Expert:

Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with requirements, design and process specifications on production lines during the operation and development of the resin injection process.
• Analysis and improvement of the resin injection process for steering system stabilizer arms.
• Planning and execution of maintenance plans and injection molds.
• Planning maintenance of resin injection equipment.
• Keeping indicators of injection processes (KPI's)
• Updating and maintaining injection process operation instructions.
• Attending technical visits from injection equipment and mold suppliers
• Planning and ensuring spare parts for injection equipment, molds and machines
• Analysis of repetitive failures and creation of Guide-Trouble Shooting.
• Management of resources for installation and start-up of the lines.
• Analysis and validation of the resins used in the injection processes
• Review of FMEA and Control Plan for injection processes.
• Implementation and development of a resin analysis laboratory (desirable)
 
Your profile as Manufacture Plastic Injection Expert:

• Proficient English is essential (reception of foreign suppliers)
• At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry in resin injection processes
• Essential experience in automated injection processes (Engel)
• Experience in launch projects focused on injection
• Visa (essential)
• Desirable experience working in resin analysis laboratories
