We are looking to hire a Production Supervisor to join our team at Toluca. 

What you can look forward as Production Supervisor:

• Coordinate and plan the necessary resources to ensure the production schedule is fulfilled 100% in terms of quality, quantity, and timing.
• Coordinate with support departments to reduce downtime from unplanned stoppages and apply the escalation policy appropriately.
• Ensure implementation and monitoring of 5S in the production area.
• Manage and ensure training of personnel in the correct use of machinery and tools provided for the job.
• Use Lean tools (Pareto charts, diagrams) effectively with personnel and support areas to achieve manufacturing excellence.
• Promote the development and implementation of improvement ideas / Foster a positive work environment with harmony and communication among team members and other departments.
• Maintain production records and controls, attendance, turnover, ILUO matrix, and other operational documents in accordance with procedures.
• Review scrap rates, rejections, line stoppages, and performance, and manage the contingency plan.

Your profile as Production Supervisor:

• At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry, experience in assembly lines.
• Knowledge of A3, 5S, VSA, cycle time recording, standardized work, line balancing, SFM, production indicators, Lean tools.
• Will be responsible for managing 7 production lines across two plants (shift-based role).
• Availability to rotate between 2 shifts from Monday to Friday and work overtime on weekends.
• At least 1 year of experience leading personnel.
• Leadership, teamwork, communication, analysis, continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of SAP and TRESS system.
