Lead and coordinate automotive launch projects, ensuring successful delivery of quality, cost, timing, and customer objectives while driving collaboration across global cross-functional teams.

What can you look forward as Project Manager?

• Lead automotive product launch projects from customer award through SOP, ramp-up, and project closure.
• Manage project scope, timing, cost, quality, profitability, and customer commitments.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, and Sales.
• Serve as the primary project interface for customers and key stakeholders.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and changes.
• Drive project planning, milestone execution, reporting, and escalation processes.
• Monitor project financial performance and support cost optimization initiatives.

Your profile as Project Manager:

• Experience in automotive product launches and industrialization projects.
• Ability to lead matrixed teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SAP, and project management tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering results and customer satisfaction.
