What you can look forward to as Operarations Manager:

• Plan, coordinate, supervise, and control assembly processes from pre-production to post-production, including key aspects of supply chain management and quality management.
• Supervise, coordinate, and develop assigned functions and processes, including their performance, KPIs, and personnel.
• Support the introduction of new programs and processes by participating in the interdisciplinary project team 
  and assuming responsibility for these tasks.
• Cooperate with managers to implement ZF FOXCONN policies and achieve ZF FOXCONN objectives.Develop production programs and ensure cost-effective production.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and the establishment of cost-effective processes.
• Initiate and drive continuous improvement activities. Ensure the availability of assigned equipment by implementing a preventive maintenance system and organization.
• Establish and monitor an adequate level of training for assigned personnel.
• Serve as the first point of contact for the client on operational issues for local client inquiries.

Your Profile as Operations Manager: 

• 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• 3 years of experience in operational and/or manufacturing areas. • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electronic Engineering, or a related field (degree required)
• Advanced English (required) /Previous experience managing staff
• Strong sense of urgency and teamwork
• Effective communication and internal-external customer service
• Continuous improvement
• Willingness to travel / Valid visa and passport
