We are looking to hire a Maintenance/ Facilities Coordinator to join  our team at Toluca.

What you can look forward to as Maintenance/ Faclities Coordinator:

Lead-level facilities professional leading a function associated with the operation of the facilities management department; in charge of ensuring all contracts and permissions from governmental organizations in order to ensure the proper function of the builiding.

• Equipment distribution (layout): Maintains updated plant layout, facilities, equipment and services
• Equipment movement: Coordinates the requirements and activities of equipment movement for the adaptation of production lines.
• Plant maintenance: Coordinates the activities and requirements for the operation of the production and administrative plant Maintenance in the interior and exterior buildings, rainwater purification systems Installation of special equipment (compressors, nitrogen generators, mezzanines, etc.)
• In charge of management and administration off contractors for all the maintenance activities within the plant
• Budget management for facilities maintenance
• To ensure the proper function of the electrical, hydraulical and mechanical installation all over the building
• In charge of the maintenance plan (PM, AM, TPM), for the production lines

Your profile as Facilities Coordinator:

• At least 3 years of experience in automotive industry in the same area
• Engineering
• Fluent english
• Experience leading people and contractors
• SAP nice to have
